What are reviews?

Reviews are feedback left by customers who have attended a tour in the past. After your activity, you will receive an email requesting that you leave a personal review of the activity and the tour operator’s service. Leaving a review is optional, however feedback from customers who have actually gone on the activity is very helpful in assisting potential customers to make an informed decision when looking for things to do themselves.

How do I see the reviews for an activity or a local supplier?

To see the reviews, please visit the activity page. Here, you can either click the “Read reviews” link next to the star rating above the main photo, or you can click the “Customer Reviews” tab below the photos, duration, language, and location information. Do note that some activities may not have any reviews yet, either if the activity is quite new on the site and it has not yet been booked, or if customers of that activity have chosen not to leave a review.

How can I review a tour or activity that I have attended?

After your activity, you will receive an email with an invitation to share your feedback about the experience. Click on the button in the email to access the review form where you can give an overall rating (1 to 5 stars), leave a comment about your experience, and leave some other optional information about you as a traveler.

Can I edit or delete a review after I submit it?
