When Can I book ?

Booking must be 48 hours in advance before the tour date ,

24 hour bookings are not accepted

When can I cancel a booking?

Unless  stated otherwise on the activity page and/or voucher, the following cancellation policies apply to all confirmed Touring Fun bookings:

• Up to 72 hours before the start of the activity: full refund
• Within 72 hours before the start of the activity or no-show: no refund

If a local supplier has indicated different cancellation policies on the activity page, those policies take precedence to the basic Touring Fun cancellation policy.

What do I do if my booking is not confirmed by the time the activity starts?

If you have not received a confirmation by the day the activity starts, please let us know so that we can either get in touch with the local supplier or cancel the booking and issue a refund.

The local supplier was not at the meeting point at the stated start time for my tour. What do I do?

If you arrive for your activity start point and you are unable to locate the supplier/tour guide, we first recommend calling the supplier directly via the phone number provided on your ticket voucher (the supplier’s email address is also provided if you wish to send an email). If you are unable to reach the local supplier, please call Touring Fun so that we can assist you further.
